Flowing Forms Yoga is the creation of Co-Owners Joseph Theriault and Angie Follensbee-Hall. Angie and Joe are dedicated practitioners and teachers who share the vision of bringing the practice of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Kirtan to their local communities.
At Flowing Forms Yoga, classes are taught in the Hatha Vinyasa Tradition, a flowing style of yoga where poses are artfully sequenced to build flexibility, strength, and stability of both body, mind, and spirit. Classes incorporate a rich knowledge of Yogic philosophy, anatomy, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques.
